Collected data is used to provide and improve the Service, synchronize watch progress across your devices, prevent account sharing abuse, and ensure the security of our infrastructure. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

The Service uses strictly necessary cookies for session management and playback preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your membership. Playback history may be deleted from your account settings at any time. Technical logs are rotated automatically after 90 days.

5. Data Security

All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted using TLS. Passwords are stored exclusively as salted cryptographic hashes. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, its correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@cinevault.media. Deletion of your account removes associated playback history within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised update date.
