Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CineVault streaming service (“Service”), operated by CineVault Media Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Membership

Access to the Service is provided on an invitation-only membership basis. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this provision, including accounts with concurrent usage from more than three (3) devices.

3. Content and Availability

The Service provides streaming access to licensed and user-contributed media content. Content availability may vary by region and may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular title.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute, record, or re-stream content from the Service; (b) circumvent any access controls or technical protection measures; (c) use automated tools to access the Service; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Payments and Refunds

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineVault Media Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
